Took way longer than projected (here is your plan you called about 5 months ago), we had talked about a number of features to include in the plan. 80% of them were left out, and their response was for me to draw out what I wanted and come in to help make corrections. It took 15 calls and emails, including request to cancel the project to get a half hearted plan. Not worth your time to work with them.

Called them to get general idea of costs for landscape design. Spoke to a gentleman at length, who said generally the design fee would be at most in the $2500 range but they charge $100 to come out and give you a quote. Since the $2500 range for design work was in the range we were looking at we had them come out. The person that came out really did nothing but look at the yard and show some pictures from a book. Took a month to get the initial quote, and it was more than double the $2500. The quote was sent with the invoice for the $100. Then about 12 days later the $100 invoice was mailed with a late fee added on. Bottom line it appears they just wanted the $100 bucks and no follow up on my questions about why the quote was double what I was told the range would be.
