Trinity Land Surveying, LLC

I tried repeatedly to call to get a quote, but no one ever answered. It always went to a voice mail box that was full. So my poor review is based solely upon them not being organized enough to provide adequate communication with potential customers. I called a different surveyor who answered right away, immediately looked up my address and gave me a quote for a price range. Customer service matters, so I went with them.

They told me they would mark my corners for $750 and 12 weeks. I went somewhere else and got $350 and by the end of next week.

You can't go wrong with this company! They gave me a quote that was lower than most and then lowered the bill even more than the quote upon payment! Very honest company which is hard to find these days. They came out in a timely manner completed the work quicker than expected and went above and beyond my request. Then Philip was nice enough to meet me after their hours to explain the work in person. If anyone ever has any surveying needs in the upstate I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Trinity!!

After trying for a year to hire surveyors to come out and survey so that I could get a flood certificate to send to my insurance company I finally found Trinity and It took them about a month to complete everything that was required of my insurance company. They were patience and explained to me step by step what to expect. This company is a God Sent for me.
