I was referred to Dr. Cykert by my previous Dr after he retired. I had been with him for over 15 years, so I was kind of nervous about getting a new Dr. When I first met Dr. cykert, I knew he was a great Dr. I've been a patient for almost 2 years. He's amazing, I would definitely recommend him. Great with patients, very caring, and he listens to what you say.

i found dr cyckert online looking for drs in my area. every dr that friends of mine recommended was booked or wasn't accepting new patients at the time. i called they got me in right away. i've been with them for almost 2 years now & i wouldn't want to be anywhere else. dr cyckert as amazing. & his nurses are as well. office is very well managed and clean! appointment times are always quick & i can get a appointment quick. responds on mychart very well & when i tell you he cares about his patients he truly does!! 10/10!!

I was a patient of Dr. Haddad. I was trying to fill a prescription for a Dexcom G7 monitor. My insurance rejected the prescription for some reason and when the nurse told me that they rejected it, she said that she was going to appeal the rejection. So on my last visit to this doctor's office, I asked the nurse if she had heard anything in regards to the appeal for the Dexcom G7. She told me that the insurance said that I had not been on insulin long enough. It didn't sound right to me. When I got home that afternoon I called my insurance company to find out what was going on with the appeal. I found out that an appeal was never filed on my behalf, so the nurse lied to me. Here's my thing. This is my life my body. I only get one chance to live it. If you cannot be honest and upfront with me about what is going on with me then I don't need to do business with you. In addition to that, the doctor sent me to the emergency room to get an insulin IV. Yes, my blood sugar was very high but it was because I did not have my medicine and I told him that. There was an issue with the insurance about the type of insulin that I could get. But once I got all that straightened out then they allowed me to get my prescription. I was able to get my prescription before the day before he sent me to the hospital. When I got there my blood sugar had to a manageable range. Now I ended up paying a hospital bill that was really unnecessary. If he had just waited until I started taking my medicine and then ask me to either check my blood sugar or have me to come in and check my blood sugar that would have been the the most sensible thing to do. That's money, wasted money that I didn't have that could have been avoided. I work a part time job.
