I am utterly disappointed with the service provided by Carolina Choice Insurance Agency for their workers' compensation and employers' liability policy. Despite promises of prompt refunds and assistance, I have been met with nothing but frustration and disappointment. On September 13, 2023, I was assured that I would receive a refund check along with money put back in my account promptly for a policy I no longer required. As a small business owner and single parent, every penny counts, especially when it comes to unexpected expenses. However, not only did I never receive the promised check, but money continued to be deducted from my account for a policy I no longer held. Compounding the issue, I was away on military leave at the time, trying to manage this situation from miles away. Despite my efforts to address the matter, Carolina Choice Insurance Agency failed to provide any meaningful assistance or resolution. Months passed, and despite repeated attempts to follow up, I was met with nothing but silence and indifference. It is evident that Carolina Choice Insurance Agency has little regard for the well-being of their customers. Their lack of accountability and disregard for their promises is unacceptable. At this point, the issue of the refund itself has become secondary to the principle at stake. I was lied to, ignored, and left to fend for myself in resolving a matter that should have been handled promptly and professionally. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against doing business with Carolina Choice Insurance Agency. Their lack of integrity and poor customer service are glaring red flags that should not be overlooked. As a consumer, I expect honesty, transparency, and accountability from any company I choose to do business with, and Carolina Choice Insurance Agency has failed to deliver on all fronts.
