        Used them on a previous project and things went great. They went down to 2 stars after my most recent experience. Had them insulate my new home and it was not a great experience. Their first trip was to do the walls. Had to call them back out because they put the wrong r value in part of the house. This was after we discussed it. When they came back for the floor and ceiling, I had to call them back due to wrong r value in the attic. Now I have cold floors due to wrong placement in the floor. They left a large gap between the bottom of the floor and the insulation. Cold comes through the band and is trapped between the floor and insulation. Also left cigarette butts on my floor. Shouldn't be smoking in other peoples homes.

        Thomas was very through in his examination of my crawl space. Upond his recommendations, my grandson performed the requirements and now esit6 for it to dry out. I am very pleased with the response to my inquiry and the quick response to check out my space. I am content to wait for it to dry out before replacing the insulation.
