The older gentleman here knows his stuff and helped me test a part. Turned out its good, so I didn't have to buy another. Prices were cheaper than across town also.

I was visiting my grandparents in July when their air conditioner condenser unit stopped working. I have little experience and mostly just with commercial refrigeration equipment. I called RWI and Drew immediately started helping by looking up parts and figuring out what I needed. When I arrived, I asked many questions and all the guys behind the counter were happy to help. When I started to wrap my head around what it was going to take to get the job done, I said I was feeling overwhelmed by the idea of wiring a universal motor, and asked about getting OEM parts. Although OEM Lennox parts are normally unavailable to the public, Caleb went out of his way to get me what I needed so that I could make the repair and get my grandparents' house cool again. If you need any type of HVAC or refrigeration parts, do not hesitate to visit RWI. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I received, especially with Caleb going way above and beyond to help us out.
