My experience here has been positive with wait times (which is hardly none) and care from Patient Access Representatives to the Nurse Practitioners and everyone in between.

Would give this hospital less stars if I could. There is a reason why it is consistently rated poorly on all platforms - 2.6 is the 'average' - just awful. Everywhere you look it rates poorly and the bad reviews are all about the terrible staff and care. Dr Fresh was the Dr in ER the day that I was taken there by ambulance. He dismissed me with three compression fractures in my vertebrae and never said a word to me about them. His notes read; "Unable to determine if fractures are old or new, regardless discharge patient". "Regardless" it literally means "act with no regard to consequences". And that is why this hospital has such awful reviews. No one took the time to talk to me and ask me whether the fractures were new or old. Of course they were new, that is why I was there in the emergency room and vomiting from pain. Dr Fresh did not care, respect or take the time to treat me as a patient day that day. I was dismissed without a second thought. The nursing staff were more concerned with socializing at the station outside my room than caring for me or anyone else. I tried to speak with someone from the hospital and waited a month to even get a return phone call. When I did hear back from the "Customer Service Manager" Ms. Thomas, she lied about trying to reach me and I told her she lied about it and had proof. Then, I got a letter that the case was "closed". Dismissed again. No surprise there. Dismissive Drs, not responding to inquiries, lying Customer Service Managers and careless care.... I'm honestly surprised that their overall rating is not even lower. I filed a complaint with the Ethics Board and would advise more people to call them out on their disgraceful care. I will never go to this hospital again. And based on the majority of the reviews, I'm not alone. Look at their "standard" response to every complaint...even that is uncaring and untrue. No one will respond to you.
