        Dont come to Hardees on HWY 56. Youll end up waiting forever for food only to get it still raw! This was the final straw. No more giving them chance after chance to redeem themselves. Im done!

        Waited for over 20 minutes for my order (3 biscuits). I wasn't the only one waiting that long. After 20 minutes, I told the cashier that I just wanted to cancel my order & get my money back. She and the manager said that my order was here (picking up the bag). I asked, why can't I get my order. They said they're waiting on the chicken. So, I asked how long that would be. I had to ask a 2nd time. They said 1 minute. I said that I'd wait. When the cashier handed it to me, she said nothing. I asked, "Are you sorry for my wait"? She said, "No, you wanted to get your money back." Then the manager lit into me about my horrible attitude and how it's not her fault, etc. I got angry then and told her she should communicate to her customers to let us know about the wait, and if they are out of stuff...which they were. Needless to say, we won't be back.
