        My mom has been using this company for several years now. About a year ago we noticed that the trash wasnt being picked up as scheduled or either not at all. As of today there are 6 full bags of trash waiting to be picked up. My mom pays them through automatic bank draft so theyve always gotten their money. Ive called 3 times in the last 2 days. No response. Ive asked them to text me to at least let us know when they will be picking up. No response. This is not the first time weve had to call them. Her trash hasnt been picked up in over 2 weeks. I dont like leaving negative feedback. I believe in giving someone the benefit of the doubt but since this has happened more than once this is just bad business. Not reliable anymore. Service: House & garage cleanouts
