        I have been with rent a center for a long time yes I have been late and sick from health and out of work how ever Marcus has been great and eve I am for ever greatful to be able to get what I need when I need it

        If I could absolutely give a zero I would!! I've done business with rent a center for 2 years in another area but never have I been treated so horrible. I was 2 days late making a payment bc of a holiday plus my check was late and they came to reposs the item. I tried to call the store and never would they answer and i called and spoke to customer service and wqs told it was ok. Will never do business again plus they went ahead and took my payment out of my account I will be disputing with my bank but will never do business at this place again or recommend anyone to this place.
