        Waited at chick fil a this morning for close to an hour. Used the mobile app as I always do to order my familys breakfast. Arrived 10 to 15 minutes after submitting our order. I am in no way gripping because of the wait. For good food I will wait. However when I was given my food the bag was ripped down the side as I was trying to get my food from the car to the house along with my purse, one child their drink and mine I about dropped the bag several times. Once I got into my home the food was cold. We dont live but 5 minutes from there and the food should not have been ice cold by the time we got home. This is not the first time Ive gotten cold food in the last month. I used to go to chick fil a every morning. Going forward I will be patronizing elsewhere until they get it together. Like I said I dont mind the wait but I expect hot food if Im waiting not food I have to warm up when I get home.
