        This hotel was excellent for my weekend getaway. The room was nice and comfortable, and the location near the highway was ideal for exploring the area. Great value for budget-minded travelers!

        I am currently a homeless disabled veteran. Used my Choice Rewards to book the room. Go to check in they ask for $100 deposit. I explained my situation and let them know I didn't have $100. I told them I don't smoke, which the front desk guy said was the reason they asked for the deposit. I told him I just wanted a comfortable place to sleep for the night and that I had 2 1oz. silver pieces they could hold until the morning. I understand it's a business and they have "rules". But compassion and empathy go a long way to create goodwill and loyalty for your business. I'm a person who has stayed in hotels in the area frequently in the last few months. This location could've been my go to for nights I don't wish to sleep in my car. But no. They're off my list of hotels I'll use. Other than that decent place.
