        Rented a concrete saw and made 3 cuts and it quit. Had to get a bobcat to finish the job. They did not make any adjustments. They need to get better equipment and know its going to work when rented out. BEWARE.

        Jan.14th today I called and made a reservation to pick up a generator in the morning Jan.15th. While I was on the phone I received a text message "which i saved", confirming the reservation. Just now, a couple hours later I receive a text stating my reservation has been cancelled! Called and asked why....the answer was "your reservation was not locked in our system. Are you kidding me right now?
