I spoke a lot to 3 different employees here while my Prostar semi truck was being repaired. They were all very helpful, polite, informative, and willing to listen to my concerns.
Evan (who I think is the owner) really takes pride in his work and exceeded my expectations. I think the other mechanics here share similar values.
The parking lot looks like this place is a chop shop, but don't let that scare you :P
I would definitely come back

I brought my truck here and they tried to rip me off, I had to tow my truck to BIG RIG TRUCK REPAIR and they fixed it right l, and for a fair price, if you want your truck fixed right call big rig truck repair

The tech Jeff was great. Called about getting wheels switched from one truck to another right beside each other. Evan quoted me 2 hrs at $150hr. He didnt say anything about call out fee or port to port fee. Jeff got done and I was ready to pay bill and Briana calculated $800 was the final bill. I explained that Evan and I had talked about $300 but he got on the phone and said that he told me about the other fees which we both know wasnt the case. I chose to go with them bc the other company was $400 and they were $100 cheaper. But Briana was so rude and threatened to tow my truck bc I explained that I didnt think it was fair that I was told $300 and it came up to $800, she knocked off $75 but she didnt care about the fact of doing good business. I offered to pay $500 but they said that wasnt a possibility. I ended up paying $725 just to get it behind me but I thought I had found a good company to start taking my trucks to but not after this incident. Not threatening to tow my truck with no remorse. But Jeff the mechanic was cool
