Dr Williams is the best Dentist that Ive ever seen. He did excellent work on my crowns as well as pain free tooth extractions!! He then made simply beautiful partials. He is the Real Deal!! Thank You too Thomas.

This office never answers the phone I had an appointment weeks ago got a filling and was supposed to get a call about pricing of a root canal after my insurance talked to them but I havent received a call text or anything and when I call no one answers.. wouldnt advise anyone to go here go somewhere more professional and clean

I want to say thank you to my dentist Kevin Williams I've been going to him 30 + years when it comes to your teeth he knows what he's doing every time I done had a problem he has always came through he's has a friendly staff they have always treated me like family even though I don't see how he puts up with me if you are looking for a good dentist you can always call on Doctor Williams he's a good guy thank you again Doctor Williams hope you and staff have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

Great, friendly dentist. I am a total coward when it comes to dental work, and fortunately the name of this office says it all GENTLE Dental! They all know me and treat me with care and patience, from Dr. Williams to the pleasant and helpful staff. Oh and by the way, professional dental treatment as well.

I went in to my first appointment with no pain but several issues that needed to be taken care of. I left with pain after being checked by a doctor who kept pushing on a tooth asking if it hurt even though Id already stated several times that I wasnt in pain. I still proceeded to schedule appointments and ask for pricing. I was told I would be provided the out of pocket expenses however I wasnt informed of the price until the morning of my root canal. I was told Id pay $850 out of pocket. I informed that no one had informed me of this at which point I was told that Thomas had put a note in the system saying that he spoke with me and gave me this information. This never occurred. I have never once spoken with anyone on the phone from this dentist office. I called over and over to get antibiotics and pain meds sent to the pharmacy because of the pain Id been in, no one ever answers the phone. Instead of answering the phone they send a text saying theyre sorry for missing the call and to respond through text or call back. Ive never received a response to the text messages. I ultimately had to leave work early to stop by the office to beg for a prescription to be sent in; that took several hours to be submitted. I wanted to support the black dentist office that is conveniently located near my home but the lack of help and lie in my medical notes do not sit well with me.
