They really need to specify services availability. This is a large brand and if their website tells me they are open for waxing I do believe that. I wasted a trip there and unfortunately their person is not there until Monday. The employee wasnt even apologetic about it(although not her fault at all), but in this situation empathy wouldve been really nice.
