Chiropractor Spartanburg: Trident Health & Chiropractic

Truly the best chiropractor I have found. I was recommended to Dr Kyle by my sister in law. He told her about dry needling. I knew nothing about it but am a true believer in it now. I have severe planter's fasciitis and scheduled for surgery. After a couple of treatments I canceled surgery! Also he has been treating my knee and having relief. Dr Kyle is also helping with my neck and back problems. I am not only impressed in what he is doing for me, his wife Dr Tabitha is a pure delight. They both have medical backgrounds which makes me feel they have the best interests in my overall health. Don't forget the amazing massage chair! It is the most relaxing massage ever! Thank you Trident Health for all you have done and will continue to help me with. I greatly appreciate you both!!

2023 was a rough year for me. I was seeing a Chiropractor in Greer for some minor back pains and was doing well. He did an adjustment at the end of August and everything went left. Every adjustment after that it got worse to the point he said he didnt know what he did wrong and stopped adjusting me. My back was once straight and now I have scoliosis and a few other issues. Ive been home out of work since September trying to figure out whats going on. I had given up on chiropractic care and was scared to go to another. Im happy I changed my mind. I still have issues of course but since Ive been seeing them my life has gotten better in so many ways! They explain everything theyre doing and makes sure I understand. DR KYLE AND DR TAB ARE AMAZING!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR TAKING ON THIS CHALLENGE!!!!

Dr. Kyle and Dr. Tabitha deserve 10 stars for how awesome they are! Just had my first appointment with them and everything was amazing! They are very down to earth, caring and professional. The manual adjustment from Dr. Kyle was very thorough and suited to my needs. I feel like a brand new man! Thank you again Dr. Kyle and Dr. Tabitha!

Incredibly warm welcome the second I stepped foot in the door. Doctors Kyle and Tabatha seem to make an excellent team and it's obvious they care about the health and comfort of all their clients
