Are you looking to waste your time, not have your calls answered, and to be given incorrect information? Then this is your place to go! They have tons of imaginary cars to tell you that you can swap for. They also have tons of defective vehicles for you to drive! I would give it 0 stars if possible. Avoid this company like the plague.

Will literally never use budget to rent a car ever again. someone rear ended the parked car I rented from them, there was minor damage to the bumper and they replaced halogen headlights and did work to the hood and front of the car that had no damage from the incident and charged me for it. If I could give zero stars I would.

I had a particularly bad car rental experience. I placed an order on Uber to pick up the car here to go to Atlanta Airport. The female employee here is very tall and gave me a car with a scratched body, and told me not to worry about charging you money. Since it was my first time renting a car, I trusted her very much. But two months later I also kept getting bills asking me to pay for the damaged area. I called their customer service to explain the situation, but it didn't work, I had to attach $474 for something I didn't do, which was ridiculous.

Definitely do not go to this location of the four people ahead of me trying to get a car none of them were able to get one including myself. And I have a company corporate card. The cars are dirty and overpriced anyways go somewhere else and spend your hard-earned money then giving it to this joke of a rental place.
