Bobcat of Spartanburg

I would advise to go to Greenville. This company in Spartanburg only cover there work if you bring it to them, and if your on a job sit you will be s.o.l. They won't even send out a tech to fix there negligence and letting unsafe equipment leave there business with out wanting to charging you 175.00 an hour from the time the tech leaves there business. And they charge for service that they don't full fill or there is no one that check behind there techs to make sure they do there job. And it seem like they enjoy passing the buck and blaming other. I know this is just my opinion. But it seems like if bobcat of Spartanburg was treating bobcat customers like this it would be hurting the bobcats reputation.

Do not purchase equipment from Bobcat of Spartanburg or any Bobcat dealership owned by Gateway. They will not have your back with corporate to help locate parts when needed. We have a machine that at a less than a year old started having issues. Machine was in and out of the shop for over six months. It was incorrectly diagnosed and repaired multiple times. The loaner they offered was several sizes smaller than the machine we had issues with and wouldnt perform the tasks we needed it to perform. After 8 calls to corporate and speaking with someone in management for Gateway I finally received a call from someone at corporate to which they had the part in Spartanburg the next business day. They have changed management at the Spartanburg store since this machine was purchased and the customer service has went downhill drastically.
