        My car is fixed but communication and updates were very lacking. The mechanics were very helpful and explained everything to me. It was just hard to get anyone on the phone and things felt pretty unorganized.

        I have spent a lot of money getting my vehicles serviced at this dealership and still left there without correcting the problem. I was told if the computer doesnt give a fault code, they cannot fix the problem. So I took my ford to a different automotive shop and within 2 hours was told the problem is the ECM. Why couldnt Vic Bailey have found it and make the corrections? Im done with Vic Bailey Service Dept.

        Have had used other Ford service centers in the area for warranty work/ service and has been a nightmare. First time giving Vic Bailey service center a try. And to my disbaleaf I was amazed. I delt with Christopher. They got me in and out on the day I called. They fixed the problem I was having and went above and beyond and went ahead and took care of some recalls I didn't realize I had. Will definitely only use them going forward. Thank you!
