SO unbelievably rude. I called to tell him my car was being towed there for an alternator changed. Asked for the old alternator back and he, with an attitude, said it would cost me $50-80 to keep my own alternator that I paid for I have been kind and polite to him this entire time. while Im talking to my mom trying to decide what to do I guess the big man has a patience issue because he started spouting am I putting it on your car or what? So I called him out for being a d !ck and he refused to fix my car. Whatever I can understand that honestly. Go to pick up my car and have it towed to a much better shop and he told me I had 30 minutes to get my car towed or I would be charged a $35 holding fee. Luckily he was nice enough to open the gates so we could push my car out while he complained about having to be there all night because of us infront of my entire family. It took us 10 minutes MAX to push it out by the way. Was yelling at my mom to open her car lid while she was trying to adjust her car. Unbelievably BAD experience by terrible people who will do anything for money. I would NEVER take my car to these people or ever give them my money if I were you. They have no respect for your parents or your children. My mom was nothing but nice to him yet I guess hes so unhappy in his life he has to take it out on other people who have done nothing to him. I recommend a career change if youre that unhappy with your life.
