Ive been visiting this location for almost 5 years and Ive never had a problem until recently. They have apparently changed systems and even though my family and I have been going to this location exclusively, for almost 5 years, they cannot make the new system talk to the old system and now the oneness is on the patient to make up for their IT shortcomings. You have to wait 10+ minutes for a registration link to be sent for a walk in appointment and then you have to fill out 10 pages of paperwork, on your phone, even if youre already on the system. Front desk is unsympathetic and couldnt be bothered to help a long time patient understand the changes.

They saw my mom who was diagnosed with lower pneumonia. They were very kind to her and quite thorough. Thank you for treating us well!

Hands down the best urgent care in the greenville area. I have been to multiple all over and this place beats them all. I never wait too long and the people there are friendly and know how to do their job. It actually amazes me how other Prismas don't operate the same way.
