Did not complete or fix drainage for septic. Said he would come back and never did. Read the claims on BBB and stay far away from business with this person.

Called this company to have our septic tank pumped (This was a few years ago, but I'm still irritated with them). They said they could come right out if we could pay in cash. A couple of guys came out along with Dan who kept us busy talking while the other guys did "the pumping". They were in and out in a matter of minutes, had closed the lid and buried it before we could even inspect their work. The very next day, our tank was overflowing... not just with water, but with solid waste that is supposed to be cleaned out during a pump. We called another company the next day who came right out and took care of the issue the correct way. They laughed when we told them it was just "pumped" the day before by Dan and his crew, and even snapped a picture because they couldn't believe it. They mentioned that it's a fairly regular occurrence for them to go behind Dan and his crew fixing their mess. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We had a backup incident and thought we required the septic system to be pumped. Dan agreed to pump for $350. We did not know where the pump was and he could not locate it so he began digging the yard up, putting a small hole in the inlet pipe, will a backhoe but after 1.5 hours he still.couldnt find the tank and decided to leave to do his other business however he required I pay him the $350 for his time. He did not return until I agreed to pay him additional money, around $200 an hour. After another hour he got lucky and found the tank, then opened the lid, and immediately stated it required replacement and he wouldn't charge us for the hour of additional digging, and causing more damage to the inlet pipe, but asked that we keep him posted on when he could replace the septic tank. He quoted new septic system at $5500. I contacted two other companies, both disagreed it needed replacement. In fact other two companies could find nothing obviously wrong. However both companies have quoted about $1000 to fix the damage Dan caused to the pipe. I informed Dan of this and his remark was "if you try to screw me I will put a lien on your house". We do not trust him to even fix the damage. Service: Sewer repair
