        I've had nothing but a great experience. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. The place is always clean (even the restrooms!). I needed to switch to a smaller unit and they made it extremely easy and offered me a great deal in the process.

        Charged me without signing an agreement. I disputed it with the employee on duty and he laughed saying if we have your card we will charge it. Stated it was the cost of "reserving your unit". The same unit I never got access to or was even reserved because I hadn't signed the lease. It literally said we will not assign you a unit until the agreement is signed. I looked over the agreement and they charge an EXTRA $50 a month. NO thanks. The following morning they entered me into a lease agreement WITHOUT my consent. Then charged me saying "everybody signs" NOT ME. Not with your absurd hidden fees. Will never do business with an unrelentingly idiotic model. Do not trust this place with your information or time!
