This was my first time at KV nails and it was an amazing experience. My nail tech Lydia was super nice and im in love with my nails. The final product was identical to my inspo picture. They were super affordable as well!!

The place looks nice but I cannot say my nails look the same. I came in for a regular manicure and the woman at the front desk kept aggressively pushing me to get gel when I only wanted regular. My manicurist did my nails in 5 minutes and I did not receive the color I wanted. After feeling paranoid that the color I selected in the book was not the same color on my nails, I checked, and I was correct they were very different. There was even a fuzz in between my nail polish layers that was very apparent. The service felt rushed and I would not recommend to a friend or an enemy. It felt like they were rushing to get to their higher-paying clients.
