I love Doctor Massios and the people that work with him in the back. However, the rudeness of one of the ladies in the reception area is incomprehensible! Today was the second time she has treated me with disrespect. She doesnt want to help. I simply wanted to pick up my contacts that had been on order. This lady is the very definition of someone who hates their job. Shes so rude and unprofessional, Im thinking of going elsewhere for my eye care.

I normally take my Dad to all appts BUT I had to go to Charlotte for business. My sister came down from Asheville to take him to appt for me. They said they sent paperwork, which we never rec'd, and because Dad didnt bring his wallet with his Id or MCR card, they refused treatment. They weren't willing to take a deposit while my sister went back to get his wallet. No one offered to work with her to correct the situation. Of all the trips, appts, Dr's visits he has had in the past 2 years, this is the ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. My sister isn't familiar with the process. I retired from Healthcare and will NEVER RECOMMEND this office. I will be calling the referring physician and get a referral elsewhere.
