As a first time solo homebuyer, I cant think of any other lender Id have wanted to take me through this journey. Miranda and Pam were my loan team and both are very professional, skilled and plain wonderful! I was kept up to date on everything via phone, email and app. If I had questions or concerns, they were addressed immediately. After witnessing my daughters terrible experience with Truist Bank, I was nervous but rest assured, UHM isnt the run-of-the-mill big lenders where clients are just a number. I felt that I was treated like I was top priority regardless of what my loan team may have had going on in their day to day, providing me with accurate and detailed information. I highly recommend!!

Kathryn, Pam, and Miranda go the extra mile. Each one is a leader in their capacity. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and want the customer to have the best experience, service, and outcome possible. They valued me as a client, treated me with respect, and included me in every step of the process. There were never any hidden agendas or lack of communication.
