        Initially, this company had great rates and provided excellent service. However, when I wanted to test drive a vehicle for sale, I asked them to temporarily insure it to avoid driving without insurance. The employee informed me that it was against South Carolina law to insure me unless the vehicle was registered in my name. This raised several questions, including the possibility of car rentals. Instead of confronting the employee, I decided to leave a review highlighting their poor service. While I have received good service from them in the past, this experience brings their overall service rating down to average. I will consider this when deciding to use their services in the future.

      Hello David-Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I wanted to address your concern immediately in hopes to improve your experience and rating of our agency. The employee was correct in the fact that we are not allowed to insure a vehicle that is not registered to the policy holder. However, when it comes to rental vehicles, the policy DOES extend coverage in this situation. So anytime you rent a vehicle through a rental company (Enterprise, Alamo, etc.) or from an individual like Turo, or any other situation, coverage will always extend to this vehicle.
