        I spoke with Denise about an arrangement of flowers for my girlfriend. I live in NY and she was very happy to help. Denise has been very helpful and has been absolutely exceeding my expectations with my requests. She has been amazing and so kind throughout this whole process and It's really awesome to have her help me make my girlfriends day. Definitely come here!!

        Ordered a centerpiece arrangement for a reception and asked for a large arrangement. The lady said it would be tall and hang out over the food. The price quoted was about what I expected but the arrangement while pretty was NOT worth what I paid for. It was what I would call a medium-sized arrangement. We were a bit disappointed. We ended up putting books under the tablecloth to raise the flowers to be higher. Wont use Casablanca again. Way too expensive for what you get.

        Staff was rude, flowers arrived late and I'm sorry ...I chose them because they were more EXPENSIVE (yea you do not always get what you pay for) CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT IN THE OWNERS VERBAGE as it is not passed along to the staff. I regret choosing this flower shop. GO somewhere else, they are not timely and very UNQUALIFIED. I called another local flower shop and told her my situation and what happened (LATE, TERRIBLE QUALITY, RUDE STAFF)....they actually felt so bad that they gave me a 50% discount on my order. No I will not mention the name of the shop in this review-for obvious reasons-I am just VOICING my CIRCUMSTANCE for you to go SOMEWHERE ELSE-THERE ARE ONLY 3 or so TO CHOOSE FROM IN SENECA-DO NOT GO HERE! NEGATIVE 5 STARS!!!!! TED A

      Ms. Kriner, I am sorry you were not happy with your arrangement. We did make an effort to contact you to resolve the issue, however we never heard from you, we would have been happy to correct the arrangement. The arrangement you requested was for a food table and this is what was created for you. We as designers, have no idea how your food table will be set up, therefore we have no way to determine the size you will need for your food table. Your budget did not warrant a trumpet arrangement which is customarily used for weddings and start at $275.00. You stated the arrangement was a "medium size" arrangement, as you know stems are grown and harvested in the length they are given to us and we can not add to the length of a flower grown in nature. We did upgrade your container since the arrangement was on the food table and would be the main focus and would be viewed from all sides. As far as the expense of the flowers, we did fill your arrangement to value, and like everything else in the world today, flowers have also increased dramatically in price and you did purchase additional bulk flowers for your event, which we cleaned and prepared for you without an additional charge and this is not our customary practice to prep bulk purchases. Again, we sorry you are disappointed in your arrangement, however we would have welcomed the chance to remake the arrangement, if you had let us know prior to your event and/or contacted us with a phone call.

      Mr. Arlington we have looked back over our records and you have not placed an order with our business. We noticed the harsh comments you gave a florist/floral business and we hope you would have graciously contacted the florist before making such harsh comments about their service on the internet and attempted to resolve it with the florist personally. There are MANY factors that come up during the day that can delay a floral arrangement getting to your recipient and florist do attempt to meet your time specifications, however some things arise that are completely out of the florist control. Also, as with every other business in the world right now, florist are experiencing difficulties finding qualified staff and dealing with price increases across the flower market. The floral arrangement you got in 1990 is the not the same you get in 2023, flowers are EXPENSIVE and the ability to pay skilled, knowledgeable floral designers does not come cheap. You stated the owners verbiage was rude, did you speak directly to the owner to voice your concerns? I am definitely sure they would have tried every way possible to help you resolve the issue. Flower shops are owned by real people, who have lives and sometimes life can get overwhelming for a small business owner. So please be patient and show a little mercy and grace before you attempt to ruin someone's reputation on the internet. Although, it was NOT our flower shop that created your floral arrangement, we hope the other floral shop was able to meet your needs and you were happy with your purchase. Speaking on behalf of all flower shops and small business owners!!
