        An annoying chain dental service that is hard to deal with. In the past they have reached out to me to reschedule appointments due to issues on their end. However, when doing the same while contacting them a week in advance they simply cancel my appointment completely and put me on a cancellation list. If you end up on this list, don't expect to ever get a call back. You will just have to wait awhile and then call back in and start all over. Do yourself and your community a favor. Find a locally owned non-chain dentist. Odds are it will be the same price (if not lower). It will likely be easier to deal with and they won't try and up-sell you things that you do not need (Aspen regularly does).
