Family Dental Health of Keowee

Over the years, I have had a lot of dental work and as an adult, I have lived in 12 different cities with even more dentists including those from several different specialties. I've had some very good experiences but I've had some horrific experiences which have lead to my extreme anxiety in the dental chair. I've come to trust Dr Dobson, Jessie, Amy, Ginger, and the entire staff as they not only "listen," but they "hear," what I am saying. Despite what appears to be an irrational fear, they are warm, kind, empathetic, and never cease to treat me with respect & dignity. They "get it," they "get me!" Keowee Smiles offers a "state of the art" facility & equipment. All of which means nothing, if the work is subpar. Not a chance! In my most recent appointment where I was kept calm & comfortable, I walked out with the most beautiful temporary crowns on my 2 front teeth! I was as thrilled with the results of this 3rd set as I was with my 1st set back in 1990. I had been very disappointed with my 2nd set & apprehensive about the ability to correct my smile. What a relief! They are gorgeous! Now I can't wait for my permanent crowns! I am so pleased to have found Dr Dobson! The wonderful care at Keowee Smiles begins & ends with the melodic voice on the phone & at the front desk of Ginger. I have listened to her phone conversations while sitting in the waiting room. She is always so warm, so kind, so genuine! As I listen, I wonder, "Can I be that delightful to everyone with whom I speak?" To think, she must make everyone feel as special as I feel when I am speaking with her! What an asset!!! Final example, it was raining cats & dogs as I was leaving the office. Ginger jumps up, hurries to the door, and opens up one of their umbrellas for me. I hesitate, "But how will I get it back to you?" She smiles, "Just keep it!" What started out to be a scary day, ended up being Awesome!!!

I always enjoy my visits to Keowee Smiles. Everyone is so nice, professional and happy. It has to be a great place to work.

Cassidy is great at her job! Very patient and knowledgeable. First time meeting the Dr. and I really like her! She was very honest and forthcoming with her recommendations. It was a great appointment!! See you all in 6 months! Oh and of course, the ladies at the check in desk are wonderful as always!!
