They have great service with reasonable price! Very cooperative and understanding! They repaired an old dent on my cars bumper that was bugging me for a long time but I did not know it can be repaired! After the repair, I could barely tell which side it was! My car is all new again! So grateful that I found them! Nice people with great work ethic! Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The first review I saw for this business was actually the owner, Billy Ray. I would imagine the other reviews are friends and family, as our experience with this business was vastly different. The day I was supposed to drop off my car when they opened we found the door locked After we had been there for over an hour, the owner showed up and apologized and said it was due to some personal problems. We decided to just let it go, when in fact, we should've just taken the car somewhere else. They had my car for an extra two days than what they promised, which was fine. I didn't need the car, and told them I'd rather have the job done right then rushed. When we picked up the car, they hadn't washed it, but looking at the car, the minor scuffs had been corrected on the fender and a small ding on the hatch had been fixed and I drove my car home. When I went to wash it the next day, I realized the dirt was actually overspray on my trim and windows and body of the car on the same side as the repairs. I was told this was due to the fact that I had rushed them to complete the job, which was not true. We brought it back in and they polished it off and we were able to pick up the car in a few hours. When I went to wash the car again, I noticed that there was also overspray on the side of the car where no repairs had been done. At this point, I was done, and figured we would just have it handled when the car was detailed. Three months later, when the car was detailed, our detailer pointed out to me that the fender that had been repaired was showing the damage again. It looked like whatever paint they had used, was now gone. I took pictures and it was clear these were the same scuffs that were there before, and a chip at the seam of the fender. I decided to give them a third chance to make this right. When I called I also texted the owner, Billy Ray, the photos and he agreed it was the same damage and they would make it right. I made an appointment to bring it in on 9/5 so they could do the repair and explained that I would need the car back on 9/7 at the end of the day, and he agreed. When I dropped my car off, I explained what was going on to the worker that was there, and let him know that Billy Ray said it would be ready by end of day on 9/7. We called the morning of 9/7 to make sure we were on schedule and left a message for someone to call back and confirm. By early afternoon we hadn't heard back and called again and went right to voicemail. We stopped in at 3pm and found one employee there. He told us he had asked another worker why our car was there when he noticed it behind the shop and that worker said he had no idea. I went without my car for three days, and the only thing it did was get dirty in their back parking lot. No one had touched it. The worker was very nice, and offered to wash the car and polish off the overspray but that I would have to leave it there so they could paint the fender. At this point, we decided to take the car elsewhere. Three strikes and you're out. Awful work, terrible customer service and I have to pay someone else to fix their "work". Do yourself a big favor and go somewhere else. Service: Body & Trim
