A couple of months ago we purchased a scented candle for $19.99. When we used it, the candle leaked from the base causing hot wax to damage our coffee table & carpet. The sticker on the bottom of the candle says "Tractor Supply." I contacted the corporate office and no apology was offered only that I had to take my concern to the store, since it was an in store purchase. The representative told me to just bring the candle in the next time I was in the store. Fast forward to this past Saturday I returned to the Tractor Supply Store in Seneca, SC around 10:00 a.m. and explained to the customer service person what happened, again no apologies, just "I'll call the manager." When the manager arrived she asked when the purchase was made and I explained a couple of months ago. She became somewhat indignant saying the return policy is a maximum of 30-days. When I explained what the corporate representative said she again said the policy was 30 days. Again no apology for the damage to the coffee table or carpet AND she went as far as to say, this wasn't Tractor Supply's fault. When I pointed out the sticker saying Tractor Supply on the candle and asked if Tractor Supply stood behind the products they sell, she said that is just a sticker, nothing more. At that I said enough, forget it and walked out. Way to go Tractor Supply outstanding customer service. You've lost a customer forever over a $19.99 item.

The manager at Tractor supply in seneca sc this morning was very rude. I was asking questions and she walks away. Nevertheless to say I did not buy a propane heater for 219.

ONLY THING SEEM TO BE AN ISSUE IS THIS ONE LADY IS WORKING MULTIPLE DEPARTMENTS AT THE SAME TIME .... I HOPE SHE GETS PAID FOR BEING A CASHIER ANNNNND CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ... I WONDER HOW MUCH IS SHE REALLY GETTING PAID OR WOULD SHE END UP GETTING FIRED IF SHE TELL THEM " I'M NOT GETTING PAID ENOUGH TO WORK BOTH DEPARTMENTS" ... BUT I CAN SAY SHE'S DOING A WELL JOB KEEPING A SMILE
