        I was diagnosed with the flu a few days ago in Charleston. My sister started to feel bad(Dry Coughing) today dry coughing etc. I told her she should go to the Healthplex to try and get ahead of it before it gets worse. They told her she doesnt have the Flu but come back if it gets worse. Fast forward to tonight and she is miserable and can barely sleep. They are after money. Should of giving something to help stop it before it gets bad they want you to come and pay more money when it gets worse. If MUSC wasnt going to send in new nurses and doctors, what was the point of changing the name?

      MUSC Health Outpatient Therapy provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and sports medicine services. We help high school student-athletes (and other students with musculoskeletal/orthopedic injuries) all the way up to our senior citizens who are rehabbing from joint replacements, strokes, balance/ fall risk or other aches and pains. Whether you have chronic pain, a sports injury, a stroke, a vestibular injury, a recent surgery, are fighting or recovering from cancer or are a weekend warrior...we can help! Insurance accepted...no referral needed in most cases

      I'm sorry but HealthPlex is ONLY Fitness and Rehab. We do not see sick people. You are having issues with the Urgent Care. I will do my best to alert them but this is not a reflection of HealthPlex because we don't and can't see patients for illnesses. I am sorry for your experience with Urgent Care and would ask you to review them so we aren't rated for things we didn't do. Again sorry for your experience and I will alert the Urget Care

      Hi Mary. I'm sorry for your less than ideal experience. Single is $25/month + $40 annual feeFamily (up to 3 members) $40/month + $60 annual feeInsurance plans for fitness: We offer Renew One which is generally aligned with UHC plans but that is the only insurance plan we are currently piloting. We are happy to check in this for you.Generally speaking our rehab staff or wellness staff can answer questions and share rate information. Please be patient with us as we have one wellness team member covering 5 fitness centers and 2200 members.We hope to have membership rates posted on our new website but we don't know when that will be yet. For now we have applications at our staffed locations. You can call (803) 395-2752 or call (803) 707-0957 and if we can't answer we will call back as soon as possible.
