        ABSOLUTELY RUDE. Terrible customer service. I asked to have someone call me to answer some questions and all I would get is an order form text to me. I said please call me and they said "fill out the order form". I asked again and they said "fill out the form and then you can ask questions". No thanks.

        Only giving 1 star because I have to. The most rude and unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Whoever is texting customers could use a soft skills class and learn some manners. Please and thank you go a long way, demeaning customers will get you nowhere. Because of a misunderstanding, they were unwilling to try to resolve, they have a customer. Just becuase golf carts are in high demand does not mean you can treat people like dirt. Never again.

        Have been coming to Fripp for most of my life and have dealt with multiple companies over the years and this was hands down the best experience for a Golf Cart Rental I have had. We had a dead battery day 1 (it happens people), and in less than 10min of texting them they were onsite, gave us a loaner for a morning ride and when returned had a different cart ready to go for the rest of the trip. I see the other complaints and bad reviews, while we were there we saw people abusing Golf Carts, failing to follow Island / Company rules, and people get upset that they are held accountable for their actions. Will be back to Fripp and will rent from them again in the future. Great customer service, great response!! Thank you for a great experience

        Absolutely horrific experience. Took the keys away from my cousin and 7 year old son for riding a cart in a restricted area that they did not know was restricted. Left them to walk home in 100 degree heat. So rude and uncaring. Worst customer service experience Ive ever witnessed.

        worst dealership ever. only giving one star because i have to. so rude. not helpful. only in it for the money, does not care about the families safety. unprofessional and childish to say the least. never again and i hope they learn from this week.
