I have been trying FOR 2 WEEKS TO REACH SOMEONE@ THIS PLACE regarding an order of internal feeding SUPPLIES & formula for my special needs baby grandson. HE NEEDS THESE URGENTLY. ALL I get is an employee call-in line and no one will assist me! The corporate office phone # for this company in New Jersey that is listed on the last packing slip is NOT VALID. THIS IS VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES FOR A MEDICAL SUPPLY COMPANY TO HAVE WHEN SOMETIMES LITTLE BABIES ' LIVES DEPEND ON THEIR Products!!!!

Im not gone talk about the Job, cause the job didnt do anything to me. This job does not take Doctors excuses, you have to go through a company called Matrix. They sometimes will or will not accept it. But the process is stressful. If you have kids they wont take that excuse either. So be cautious. I will tell you about my experience working here. Everyday for 8 months I came in this place and did not want to be here. Because of the Supervisor. Her name is Valerie Peay. She has her favorites and she makes that known each day I was there. She is very unprofessional, you dont know if you were going to get the nice side of her or the mean side of her. She talks about personal conversations to other employees and real Supervisors dont do that. She lies as well. She wont help you with your LMS score, she will just sit there and let you let you fail. You suppose to help your workers out, thats what makes a team. I asked her one time let me do something else since Im struggling to keep my LMS score up, she didnt respond to my email or say anything about it. It was a very uncomfortable environment. All they do is stick beside other. Right is Right and Wrong is Wrong. Help is on the way though!

DON'T YOU EVER COME TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU MISS THE DELIVERY FOR A COUPLE OF MINUTES - THE NEXT AVAILABLE APPOINTMENT IS GONNA BE AFTER 2 WEEKS NOBODY IS PICKING UP THE PHONE, NOBODY IS RESPONDING ON THE EMAILS DON'T COME HERE
