If I could leave 0 stars I would! Never had service done, it was the interaction with the guy over the phone as if I was bothering him by calling to see how much a tune up would be on a Volvo and the response I received was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Dont call or get serviced from here -The company responded. The lies that were told on the comment you stated are all false. Never were I asked about the Make, Model, & VIN# Im well aware of what needs to happen in order to quote me a price. The conversation that I encountered was not even close to that. You answered the phone, I stated Hello, how are you you then proceeded to say well. I then replied Ok, I was just calling to see how much you guys charge for a tune up on a 2012 Volvo? You then responded . I dont know in the conversation we had where was I asked about the make, model, & VIN #?
