Interstate Self-Storage

Holes in the roof in 2 out of 3 storage units. Owners refuse to acknowledge any responsibility for maintenance. Unless you want your things soaking in water, RUN away from this place. They only offered a different unit after being shown holes in the roof. No offer to help pay to move anything nor an offer to pay for water damaged furniture. You don't get what you pay for here, you get a cheap shed susceptible to vandalism and environmental damage. Go somewhere else!!!

Can't really rate it because it was my first visit today. Very nice lady rented us our unit, helpful and knew the information and advised us of the rules well. My only negative comment would be that it's a very small lot of you have a large truck. There is plenty of room if you know what you're doing, but I saw a lot of posts bent over and crunched roof corners in the tight turn areas.

Very secure storage. Had my things there for 7mo. Everything was just as I left it. Clean facility. Staff was very helpful

Love this place as we have used them for many years now. Great service, wonderful communications and very reasonable pricing. Rebecca is a fantastic manager and always stays on top of things. Highly recommended!
