My sister order 20 wings fries and fried mushrooms. Ready in 20 minutes turn out to be 40 minutes. We only live 4 minutes away food was Luke warm at best. Wings over cooked. It is more but I'm don't feel like writing anymore

Always been a big fan of wingbonz until recently. I ordered 1 plate of food. I was told it would be a 10-15 minute wait. I arrived at wingbonz 20 minutes later and my order still wasn't finished. I waited about 20 more minutes and was told it would be another 4-5 minutes. After about another 30 minutes of waiting, I asked about my order and was told "it's not done yet, so I don't know." So I then asked for a refund. The lady at the counter said she would go check about the food to make sure it wasn't done before the refund. After another 10 minutes of her running back and forth she asked if I just wanted a refund. She went and got another lady who came to the front with an attitude, because I simply wanted a refund since they wouldn't make my food for me. I had been waiting over an hour for a simple 6 fingers plate (which is absolutely ridiculous.) I would say atleast 20 people had walked in and out before I finally asked for a refund. There was also another lady who had been waiting on her food and after her long wait, the lady told her that her food accidentally wasn't put in. My past few experiences at wingbonz have progressively gotten worse and worse. As a person who eats there pretty often. I will NOT be returning! wasted over an hour of my time and didn't even get any food. The only thing I received by the end was rude remarks and attitude.
