I am not happy with the service my son has gotten. There are no in person appointments available, everything seems to be virtual now. And the psychiatrists never seem to be available. I've had 2 emergency situations with my son involving his school and theytell you to send messages on the portal, and nobody ever responds to those messages. I call and we speak with a secretary that never seems to relay any of my messages. They say there is help available, but thus is no help when you are never available and do t respond. I'm done
