Don't come here cuz their machines don't work and when it stops in the middle of your load and try to take your clothes out they say they can't refund and shouldn't talk to you even though there is no policy indicating that you should not take your clothes out! No way to complain cuz they don't listen or speak/understand English and they don't really care.

Honestly 1 star for being open 24/7 I have lost 12.00 so far in out of order machines. Plus another 20.00 in laundry cleaning supplies because of broken machines. I have never seen an employee The bathrooms have been under construction for the last month at least that I know of from being there.

Worst experience ever. Loaded three washers and all three started came back to find only 2 had ran. The third had put some water on the clothes and stopped. I alerted the attendant that doesnt speak much English and she pointed to another machine after asking if I had put money it. So I just moved the clothes and paid again which I shouldnt have had to. Then that washer stops at 13 minutes and wont continue. She does refund my money for that one but cant just set a rinse/spin cycle. So I have to wait another 20 minutes hoping this machine works. If it does it will have taken an hour to just wash this one load of clothes. Others are dried and folded. Dont come here!!

My laundry was stolen out of the washing machine while I waited in the parking lot. Almost everytime I come here either the machine doesn't spin my clothes out or jus takes my money. Also I am asked if I want any drugs and the homeless people are everywhere, even sleeping on the floor! Also the employee's are rude and they look at you and stare and are jus not very welcoming at all. Find somewhere else to do your laundry
