Brought one of my pieces in for repairs (replace missing accent diamond). Owner was friendly and professional, and the repair was nicely done. Refreshing departure from the "big name" jewelry stores.

I put a 10mm herringbone bracelet on layaway for 550 total price. I go back to check on my layaway they switched my bracelet to 7mm herringbone bracelet. I told them they switched my bracelet and they told me they will give me my money back and I can take my money somewhere else and buy another bracelet from somewhere else because Im getting a good deal either way on the price. They really tried to sneak me and thought I was not gonna let them know about it. Dont trust them!!

My wife had a ring sized, it still was little too big, we stopped by, they were closed but still inside, they helped us thru the front entrance and got it the ring to fit right, I work in customer service and thats what I call Great Customer Service, they went above and beyond I will definitely recommend Adams jewelers to everyone that needs their service or needs to purchase jewelry

The guy that does battery changes wasnt there apparently, and the woman was to nervous to change the battery and take links out of a new watch I wanted to buy.im just astounded at the lack of service this place offers.
