Set up an appointment online and called just to verify. Answered immediately and sent David out to diagnose my central AC unit and why it wasnt cooling. He determined the failed part within 10 minutes and had me up and running in no time. Price was fair and they didnt try to give me a sales pitch, just great service. David is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate him being honest and he is excellent at his craft. I was very impressed and will recommend 360 to everyone. Update: 360HVAC returned to install a part in my furnace. I had mentioned a few weeks prior that the A/C struggles during the summer and that several companies just offered to replace the coil. When David replaced the part, I wasnt home and he took the time to straighten each fin on the coil after replacing the part and cleaning the entire unit! 360HVAC is hands down the best company that Ive ever used.
