    Pros: free EV charging, spacious rooms, location, dog friendly. Cons: dirty rooms - not sure if our room was vacuumed and it definitely was not wiped down. There were grimy fingerprints all over the dressers. There were lots of brown stains on our pillows as well as on the walls and lampshade. We were able to get new pillows after we complained but it took a couple hours and we had to go and ask again. (When we went up the second time, the person in front of us in line was complaining to the staff about how filthy their room was). The sink was backed up and the garbage disposal didnt work. The open space between the fridge and cabinets were filthy And looks like it has never been cleaned.

    Another awesome stay at Home2 suites. all the staff is fantastic but Dominic goes above and beyond! The lovely lady with the purple in her hair was also awesome!! Rooms were clean, breakfast was pretty good We'll be back!! Thanks again!

    Home2's are pretty much the same anyone you go to. This one is close to restaurants and things in the city of Rock Hill South carolina. I like the liquid dispensers of soap in the shower so you can be sure you have soap whenever you bathe.

    Employees dont enjoy working here and it shows. Upong checking in after 14 hours of travel took the guy 20 minutes to show up at front desk. The uninspired breakfast, with a sign that said "Inspried" was poorly lacking . No coffee, no food, and no yogurt. very poorly stocked first thing in the morning with noone seeming to care. awful. Also they charge diamond members 2.00 each for water for the room, and there is no check in snacks as per usual for the other hilton properties. This is by far the worst Hilton property we have visited so far. We travel for work so we have been to over 100 properties so far. Never again here.

    We chose this hotel for many reasons One is because we're diamond members with Hilton and we get a few little perks(so we thought )also the pet fee is reasonable. The rooms offer mini kitchens fully stocked with plates,bowls, cups, coffee cups, forks, knives, spoons, you name it, if you need a portable cooktop and skillet you can ask the front desk other than that it's fully equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and an apartment size refrigerator. 24/7 coffee downstairs(there wasn't yesterday for some reason )A little fitness center and swimming pool indoors, business center, snacks available for purchase. The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping here does an amazing job. I like the fact that they have hang tags for the door that also says pets inside besides the normal do not disturb tags. Breakfast was not your normal "hot breakfast" that people are used to with scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes,and stuff like that but it was decent They had little mini omelets with cheese, breakfast sandwiches made, Your normal waffle(the batter is very runny which makes for soggy waffles ) grits, oatmeal, (oatmeal wasn't out yesterday ) normal Continental breakfast with muffins, bagels, fruits,cereals, yogurts, and milks. They had all the condiments to go with waffles and oatmeal like walnuts, almonds, brown sugar, butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter. I was satisfied with it. The location of everything is also a plus. I suppose one negative thing I could say is unless you're on the very top floor you can definitely hear people walking in the rooms above you. Sounds like people are walking with center blocks on their feet and the other negative is it really don't matter if your Hilton honor Diamond member or not You still have to wait until housekeeping gets here the morning of checkout to see if they will approve you for a late checkout and it don't matter if you're a diamond member or not with Hilton the late checkout is still 1:00 p.m. so it's no different than any Joe schmo on the street getting a late check out being a diamond member really isn't anything other than two free bottles of water and a cookie which I can't even eat. Other than that this is a nice place. The reason for my three stars is because since the day we checked in we knew we needed a late checkout and their inability to give us a late checkout has been very inconvenient for us as we're here for training and only one vehicle was brought which is needed for training so makes it super inconvenient for us as we will have to leave the training facility spend the entire lunch packing up a room to be out by noon which still isn't going to happen because we don't get lunch till noon. Just even a 1:00 p.m. check out would have eased all of our issues and made everything less troublesome. Unfortunately even though the breakfast was great the housekeeping cleaned the rooms very well I will probably look elsewhere for lodging while training in Rock Hill that can accommodate my needs. Rooms: The room I was in was one of the cleanest rooms I've been in, in a hotel in a very long time. A+ to housekeeping. Food & drinks: They have drinks and food items for purchase right by the front desk.
