This hotel is extremely dirty. We booked for a volleyball tournament through the housing block. They put us in a king with a pull out. The room is way too small to have a pull out in there. The bed pulls out and you can not get around it because it touches the other bed. When we pulled out the bed there were crumbs of food in the mattress and hair. I couldn't call housekeeping because the phone did not work in their room. I went downstairs, Housekeeping was gone so nobody could help. I had to strip the bed and remake everything. The shower had hair in it and the bathroom floor was dirty. They don't keep towels in the gym so I had to call my daughter to bring one down to me. The front desk people were friendly but I can tell this was not the first issue with cleanliness they have experienced. I would not recommend this hotel.

Titanium Elite Member. The Good: Everyone here is really nice and acommodating. Breakfast is good, the rooms are clean, housekeeping is super nice. WiFi works great. Parking is ample and well lit. Grocery stores very close and the rooms are great to cook in. No roaches!! Also, I had a situation where I extended my stay with confirmation, but was told that the hotel was oversold, and I could just have a late checkout offered to me. A few minutes later, the front desk staff called me and told me my stay was extended, which was awesome of them. The Bad: Not all the TV's can access the A/V input, which *could* be a problem if you have an older gaming system with the red, yellow and white input plugs. Also if you're a Marriott Bonvoy status member, the front desk doesn't always inform housekeeping that you are eligible for an up to 4pm checkout, depending on your status, so you may have a knock at 10:30am unless you talk to the front desk beforehand.

Hotel needs lots of maintenance. It is very dirty and does not live up to Marriott standards. It is more inline of what you think of a motel 6. Asked to have toilet that ran all night checked and when we came back there was a gross yellow substance all over lid. Management was nice and changed our room but it was also very dirty, no remote for tv and no light bulbs in lamps. We checked out early.
