Rock Hill School District Three Dept. Of Transportation

Unreliable, I dont know who works here but apparently they dont know how to pick up a call. My family has had problems for years with them. Ive been late so many times because drivers dont stop at the house nor designated stops. Ive had multiple drivers drive past me and not pick me up. This office is absolutely useless, your better off just contacting the school

My children were OVER AN HOUR LATE** coming home.. during that time Im both calling them and their school trying to LOCATE MY CHILDREN!! it is 4:19 and the fact yall CHOOSE and yes I said CHOOSE to IGNORE PHONE CALLS.. is absolutely Ridiculous!!! Over AN HOUR***

Apparently they dont do house stops anymore which is not ideal for elementary students. The way the world is set up I wouldnt let my kids walk and sit at the corner and wait on the bus where I cant see them. And Im not able to sit with them due to me having a baby that I will not take out this early in this weather nor will I leave her in the house by herself. Yall really need to rethink yall system.I under for middle schoolers and high schoolers and barely for them.

This school year has came with many challenges but Mrs Michelle at the Transp Center has been great! She has done an amazing job at communicating issues and changes to the best of her ability. Which is a huge improvement from last year! There were last minute changes made and she and the bus drivers communicated the information to us quickly and effectively. I voiced my concerns about the changes and had an answer within 12 hours via email. I appreciate the improvements made by the depart. of transportation this year. Their communication and problem solving had definitely improved!

They are trying for what they got too many people complaining but not enough people trying to help appreciate the hard work. Some of them have attitudes, but it comes with the job.
