        Little confused. I ordered an iced Longdon fog tea and was told they couldnt make it even though its on your menu ? Ive never had an issue at any other Starbucks before but when I asked about it the girl making was rude and told me she couldnt make it. I understand she was busy but if its on the Starbucks menu to be able to make wouldnt you be able to make it ? Had an attitude and threw the drink into a smaller cup then what I paid for .

        Slow service. Unfortunately, I was ignored by the barista as she caught up on window orders. I stood 11 minutes waiting on a mocha at the counter. Disappointing. Politeness can go a long way.
