        I've had wonderful experiences here. Katie Douvros helped me set up an account with First Citizens about 2 months ago and several times since have I been able to go in and speak with her. Everyone has been warm and welcoming, but Katie has gone above and beyond helping me with financial advice and loan tips. Grade A service! I highly recommend anyone wanting that brick and mortar feel back to their banking to visit her.

        This is crazy opened up my account on the 10th of November and it is November 29th still no debit card and when I call they just say 7to 10business. days from my looking at the calendar it's been a lot longer and still same answer when I call
