        Currently living there been there for almost three years never any problems till currently. 1) The property manager (David)is never on site never returned your phone calls or emails if he is there office is always locked 2) my air conditioner has been out for 3 weeks(mind you we in tha south and I do have children)gave me a portable ventilation but only in one room and its not installed correctly. One minute its tha motor now tha Maintenance man says he honestly dont know what wrong with it. Talk with one of the higher ups but she than says I cant call her when there a problem need to talk to the manager but how if hes never in. Went to the office earlier today and again hes not there. But than have nerve to want the rent paid on time. Smh but its ok they my mother an attorney will be calling ASAP!
