Dont live here. $85 a month for parking .5 mile away and 5 stories up a parking garage. The pool is always dirty. Roaches in the apartment, regardless of there being treatment done every other week. Their community Wi-Fi thats included is terrible, sometimes takes minutes to load up even just a homework page which can be super frustrating, and forget any online gaming if thats a favored hobby of yours because the Wi-Fi cannot handle that. The only thing good about this pace is personal bathrooms and it is close to Winthrop campus

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Shivani over the phone, and I must say that her customer service skills are truly exceptional. From start to finish, my interaction with her was outstanding. Shivani's patience and attentiveness stood out immediately. She took the time to listen to my concerns and asked all the right questions to fully understand my needs. It was clear that she genuinely cared about resolving my issue and making me feel valued. What impressed me the most was Shivani's extensive knowledge on what goes on at the nest. She explained everything in detail, making sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision on if I want to apply for the nest. Her expertise instilled confidence in me, and I left the call feeling well-informed and satisfied. Throughout the call, Shivani's communication skills were impeccable. She conveyed complex information clearly and with a friendly demeanor, which made the entire experience pleasant. In my opinion, Shivani deserves recognition and a raise for her exceptional customer service. She is a true asset to the company, and I hope her dedication and skills are appreciated. Due to her great communication I will be a future resident at the nest

When I first moved into the Nest I wrote exceptional reviews, I thought I couldn't have picked the best place for me to start the chapter of my life. I was wrong. I moved in January 2023. I have only lived here for exactly 8 months and have run into so many problems. The parking here sucks. As a college student I am not going to pay an extra $85 each month to be able to park my car in a parking garage. Especially, when I can pay $100 for a year with my school. My air conditioning has been broken for two months now. with my apartment reaching 85 degrees at some points. I have personally put in 2 request to have it fixed and my roommates have put in more. I pay a $10 fee for valet trash, however he or she doesn't even show up on time. My trash has been in the hall for more than 3 days, at this point stop charging me and I will take it out myself. If you have the option to live elsewhere, do so. This will be my last year wasting money on a place that is basically just robbing me of the money I work hard for to provide for myself.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. As per many other reviews, the parking is abysmal. They have one parking garage a block away, in which they charge you $85 a month for. You must be thinking for $85, at least its a nice spot No. Top floor with no weather protection and if the parking lot gets full from the Sports Center, tough luck. You would also think, for $85, maybe a friend or roommate who cant afford parking can use my spot when im not there nope. You only get one license plate and its a nightmare trying to change it. You also pay $10 a month in a valet trash fee and the employee comes at the most random times or not at all and the hallways end up smelling like rotten food. When moving in, they said they would repair and paint the living room wall as soon as possible.. it never happened. Other work orders also never got fixed or took forever to get fixed. The pool seems like a great amenity to most. Too bad its never open. Even in the spring, they take forever to open it to everyone. Which also sucks because they close the entire courtyard area. So dont plan on grilling or having an outdoor space for friends October-April. Lastly, dont believe their posted office hours. The employees leave 15 minutes early and are also never around the desk when you need them.

HI Jason - thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We regret that it seems we have fallen short of both your and our expectations of our community. We understand and regret any frustration that you may have experienced regarding parking availability and are actively exploring options to make improvements. Our valet trash service is designed to serve as a convenience to our residents, and we apologize that it did not live up to its purpose. We have contacted the provider for this service to make improvements to both frequency and consistency so that this issue does not arise in the future. We are also evaluating ways to expand the hours and availability of amenities like the pool and courtyard areas. We truly appreciate you reaching out to us with your feedback and will be utilizing it as we work to make positive adjustments to our community. As always, please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions or would like to discuss further. Thanks again, Jason.
